Summary: Door mechanism always had an issue, channels on the tv for internet tv weren’t available. And had to hold down the handle on the toliet to flush it all the way, shower wasn’t clean had to scrub before using. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. The ac didn’t feel like it was cooling the room off. And maintenance personnel seemed to have no clue!

Summary: Very poor lighting in room. Nowhere to place toiletries in bathroom. This appeared to be a”handicapped “ room , which would inconvenience a handicapped person more. Air conditioner also needs attention. Cleanliness was good.

Summary: No complimentary coffee or breakfast! The elevator stop working so we had to take the stairs! Our balcony door was very hard to open which is a safety issue! Then we were told to reuse towels! In a 5- star hotel and you have to reuse towels! It was horrible and we will never stay there again

Summary: We stayed at this hotel a year ago, it was great. This time I noticed it was not very clean, the carpets need cleaning along with the sofas. Our sliding balcony window was not clear, not sure what happened to it, but you could hardly see out of it. The people working at the hotel, couldn't be any nicer, they're doing a great job.

Summary: A little hard to get to w traffic flow, but close to our event. Very clean room, bed was bearable but not great.

Summary: There are many great dining options within walking distance of the hotel. There's a shopping center across the street, a Wal-Mart and Sam's Club as well. The hotel also has a small restaurant and bar and Starbucks on site. Great location off I-10, convenient location.
