Summary: Apartment was in a great location and clean. Unit was priced really good. Con- Spiral stairs were very narrow and not suitable for larger/heavier people or individuals with handicap issues.

Summary: The unit is located perfectly, close to shopping, tons of places to eat and of course tiger stadium. Definitely going to try and get this one again next time we are in BR.

Summary: The property was very comfortable. I stayed for 2 1/2 weeks while visiting my sister who lives in town. The condo was in a nice, quiet area just off the Bluebonnet Nature Trail. The owner was very responsive when I had questions a couple of times. He came right over to get the ceiling fan going. I would stay here again if I needed a place in Baton Rouge. (Per the property description, there is no smoke alarm; you can see where it used to be on the wall but it's gone.)

Summary: Cozy place equipped with everything you need, great back patio. Bedroom in loft with spiral staircase was novel. Everything was well taken care of and updated. Backing to Bluebonnet Nature trails was a bonus. Will def return. with spiral staircase was novel
