Summary: This is a very nice villa in a great location within the Shipyard Plantation. It is comfortable and very well equipped. Communication with the owners was outstanding with detailed instructions provided. The owners also provided use of bikes and a gas grill, extras that we enjoyed and don't often find. Afternoons tended to get quite warm inside the villa during our March stay. We couldn't figure out how to turn the air on and in retrospect should have asked the owners so that's on us. Overall just a wonderful stay in paradise.

Summary: The location was great for our family and we truly appreciated the bikes, each chairs etc. The was a minor plumbing problem and the owner was very responsive and it was repaired quickly. Thanks for the fun vacation location.
