Summary: Centrally located. The kitchen could have been better stocked with housewares. Linens were subpar- we had a single hand towel for 4 people, and towels and sheets were well worn. Side tables in bedrooms and living room were limited to 1 in living room, 1 in the 2nd bedroom, with none in the master bedroom. Bare bulb in living room lamp. Found (second set) linens in excessively overstuffed dryer, bringing to question how clean our linens really were. You cannot effectively clean 2 sets of queen sheets, four bath towels, four washclothes, a blanket and kitchen hand towel in a single load....they were also still damp to wet. The view in the back is nice with ducks and geese and a lit fountain. Neighbors were quiet. Overall, location is good, but the unit needs a thorough deep clean, and replacement of linens....also the master tub drains slowly, so by the end of your shower, you're ankle deep.

Summary: Cleaning people washed all items and put them in dryer but did not run dryer. Dirty utensils in kitchen No tables in living room or master bedroom. Streaming TV Service only but remote was missing battery.

Summary: We enjoyed this local getaway and have no complaints whatsoever. Property owner was very accommodating and responsive. Would definitely book again.

Summary: We came to Virginia Beach for a family wedding. Even though the location of this property was a bit farther from all the activity in the beach and marina areas, it ended up working out well for us. The drive wasn’t too bad. We didn’t really spend much time inside the apartment.

Summary: Very good experience. Hard to get app to work on my phone to get into property but I emailed her and she responded within minutes fixing my problem. Very nice place. Very professional owner. Highly recommend.

Summary: We rented this property for a week. This place i more than what I expected. I’d like the fact that it has 2 full bathrooms which was a plus so my boys can have their own. Check in was so convenient, I loved having just one touch in my phone, the door is locked and or open, which I didn’t see from other properties that we rented before. The location was great, groceries store were just in walking distance. The neighborhood was safe and there was plenty of parking spaces. I’d like to see a little bit more kitchen utensils, especially like us who stayed for a week. I definitely would recommend and come back to this property.
