Fishermen might enjoy the 14th street pier or Rudee Inlet which offers inshore/offshore fishing as well as a variety of different tours (dolphin/whale watching, speed boat, pirate ship, and jet skis). Summary: Great communication with host. Condo clean and comfortable as listing described. Pool always clean. Very close to beach and many fast-food options within walking distance. Tons of places to shop. Wonderful for a family vacation. Balcony was nice but views of parking lot or street not relaxing. Jets overhead very common and noisy but interesting to learn about nearby training facilities. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this is not the place to be. However, if you’re a busy vacationer loving all kinds of beach activities this is the place for you. Grateful for the hospitality.

Summary: This is our 3rd time renting from Simone and we'll be back. The location is great, 1 block from the beach and you can see the water outside the window. There is a grocery store across the street in the opposite direction. If you prefer eating out, there are so many restaurants, take out, etc. within walking distance. The condo is in a safe location and has a parking lot which is so important especially in the busy tourist months.
