Summary: We stayed in this same community last summer but this unit was much more nicely updated inside. The beach is a short walk and not crowded. There are not many pools in North Virginia Beach and this property includes access to a nice shared pool. We would definitely return to this property.

Summary: Newly redecorated. Easy access and a walk to the beach. Quiet residential location. Pool access for those non beach days. Close to activities on the boardwalk but far away from the noise and crowds. Perfect for families. Well appointed kitchen if you want to save from spending the outrageous prices at restaurants. Lucky find and if we return to Virginia Beach we will certainly choose this location

Summary: My only complaint is that we asked for additional hour as we did not have to deliver our rental until 11:45 am and check out time was 10 am. We had to drive around for a hour.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay and particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the rental and the communication of the hosts (they answered questions promptly, and notified us once the rental was ready for us - which was a little bit earlier than planned). The location was very quiet and relaxing. Beds were comfortable. Only suggestion would be to have some beach towels available at the rental. Everything else was great!

Summary: House was exactly as pictured, was clean, updated home. 2 minute walk to beach, fantastic pool. Short drive or good walk to restaurants and activities. Mark was very accommodating and helpful with any questions. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for great accommodations in Virginia Beach
