Positive: Location: 20 min walk from The Strip and Nissan Stadium. Apartment has a well equipped kitchen, and you may find coffee and snacks. That’s a plus! Gym was available, not sure about the pool. We had a couple issues, and staff was quick and understanding. Issues were fixed right on the spot.
Negative: Be aware: we stayed here around May 20th, and there was a huge construction just across the street. Loud work starts at 6am sharp, every single day. If you’re looking to have plenty of rest after partying like an animal, this might not be the place to do so, unless you are a heavy sleeper or you use earplugs. We believe construction will continue for at least another 6 months. At least. Coffee pot had a crack -it was replaced, but we made a mess because we didn’t realize it earlier-. amount and expected to be as comfortable and relaxed as we could! A curtain rod was broken. We didn’t want to be at fault for that. There was a couple hairs in the towel rod and the floor in the bathroom. Futon was extremely uncomfortable, and there is no way that 2 people can sleep on it. Just too small.

Positive: There was never a big crowd. That was pleasant. Location was perfect. We scootered to broadway and took a short car ride other places.
Negative: Construction across the road was noisy, but not too terrible.
Summary: We would definitely stay again!

Positive: Great location roughly a 20 minute walk to town. Lyft and bird scooters were readily available, less than 8 minutes for wait time for any car to arrive. Nice private balcony with a river view.
Negative: The living room had a futon and the bedroom a simple bed and mattress. Not the most comfortable but they were clean and new. Pack some ear plugs the construction across the road will wake you up promptly at 6 am each morning. The main downside was the cleanliness, looks like whoever cleaned used a dirty mop because the floor was a bit sticky and turned our socks black and the bathroom had a half used roll of toilet paper.
Summary: Great location and view! Construction noise currently.

Negative: The bed was awful, lumpy and small. No bedside table, the bedroom was like a dorm room, no sole and the most basic of decorations. In the living room the futon was not comfortable . Futons are never great at the best of times. Would have been nice to have a book or local area guide. Best place to eat. Good places to visit etc.

Positive: Quiet area about 15 minutes walking to Broadway. Pool in the next building. Laundry room in the next building. The checkin was easy and good to have a code-lock instead of a key! Take out menus were in a kitchen drawer that we used our first night. Good place if you don't need to contact the Vacasa staff!
Negative: Theres not really much around, so make sure you do your shopping for food, snacks and drinks as you cant just go out to get something closeby (walking). Bed is uncomfortable. Air conditioner very loud. There should be a info-paper or something where you can see where the pool, laundry room etc is situated! We booked the apartament for 3 people but when we arrived there were only towels for 2 people, also no blanket for the 3rd person who slept on the couch or soap/shampoo. I contacted Vacasa immediately but that was the "main office" not the local team. The cleaning was also under all criticism - the standing lamps in all rooms had layers of dust, hair in the bathroom even on the bathroom door, toothpaste stain on the bathroom door, on the living room table there was still plastic rubbish from the last guest etc. What I definately not liked about this was that I wasn't talking to the local team, but the main office, that couldn't really do anything. I really thought towels and blanket would be delivered the same night (we checked in at 9pm), but they came around 2pm the next day! So communication between main office and local office needs improvement! I talked to about 3-4 people in total! (texting main office, emailing photos of the not clean spaces, texting local office and so on!) and everyone asking me the same questions... so I was back and forth A LOT with the Vacasa staff. Also, when they DID give out the blanket and towels the next day, we got two soaps and zero shampoo... and they "cleaned" the apartment but only half of the things that we said needed to be adressed were fixed. It said in our confirmation- email that the pool area was under maintainance and therefore closed, we were so disappointed, almost canceled! But then we saw that it was open! (So they should really update the info!) Afterwards Ive read that there should be a hot tub in the complex aswell but no idea if its there or where it is....
