Located just one mile from the Nashville strip of Broadway it has everything you need for your trip to Nashvegas! The condo sleeps 4 and has one king bed and a queen sofa sleeper! The kitchen is full of all amenities you need during your stay. Parking is FREE and you will be located right on the greenway, great for a morning run or just a walk to see different parts of the city. Easy 20 minute walk to downtown, 1.2 miles or a $10 Uber!
Located a mile from Broadway and two blocks from several of the new Germantown restaurants and hot spots!
This area is a popular stay for many locals as well as guests traveling to Nashville.
The space
This unit is located on 1st Ave, next to the river. We're in between downtown and Germantown, and you can easily walk to both. Near all the biggest attractions including the honky tonks, restaurants, Bridgestone Arena (Predators), Broadway, Ryman Auditorium, Nissan Stadium (Titans), First Tennessee Park (Sounds) and much more.
This Cozy and Comfortable condo is on the second floor. It will provide you with the comforts of home during your stay in our beautiful city. It can accommodate 4 guests.

THERE IS A POSSIBILITY OF SOME MINOR CONSTRUCTION NOISE IN THE NEARBY AREA. BROADWAY/DOWNTOWN IS ABOUT A MILE AWAY. PERFECT FOR WALKING IN THE DAYTIME, DONT RECOMMEND WALKING TO BROADWAY/DOWNTOWN AT NIGHT.

Sadly, your furry friends won't be allowed in this condo and the complex doesn't allow pets. This is a non-smoking condo. No parties.
Guests will have access to the entire condo and the amenities of the complex including the pool (April to October) fitness room and laundry room
There is a security deposit for the key that gives you access to the pool, laundry room and fitness facility. It the key is not left after departure the security deposit will be rendered.

Summary: The property was just as described. We enjoyed watching the party boats go by on the river, and sitting on the balcony. We selected this property due to the fact that it was a walk-able distance from the activities we had planned. As a side note - all of our walking was done during the day-time hours, and walking several miles per day is routine for us. There was a lot of construction across the street, which we knew about from other reviews. The noise was not bothersome. We did not have a car, but noted that there was ample covered parking. We were very satisfied with our stay, and would stay there again.

Summary: We loved our stay here! The condo’s location right on the river was awesome, and it was an easy walk to downtown/Broadway along the river. Harry was very communicative, and the condo itself was well furnished and the king sized bed was super cozy. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Nashville!

Summary: Riverfront condo was perfect for those who enjoy walking to venues and events in downtown Nashville (Broadway). (If you don't care to walk, you can easily Uber or rent scooters or bikes which are everywhere.) The host (Harry) communicated very well. Condo was clean and all essential items for activities of daily living were available. We would absolutely stay there again!
