Positive: Super convenient to Guerneville and in the redwoods. I wish we had been able to spend more time at the house to enjoy the porch and amenities. Comfortable and well stocked for cooking

Positive: The location was good . Neighborhood was quiet
Negative: The bedding was very stale smelling. Thats All beds. The television didnt work properly and had to have a tech come to the house. Multiple lamps did not work or were broken, towel rack in bathroom was falling off the door. The deck was a mess . The entire place had a forlorn and neglected atmosphere.
Summary: Wont book again.

Positive: The back porch with the fireplace and grill was perfect, spent most of our time out there listening to the creek and the birds. Location was good, less than 5 min drive to Guerneville Main Street and the grocery store. The kitchen was well equipped and the house had plenty of board games and books which was nice. Overall we had a great stay, highly recommend!

Positive: Creek house is situated in an idyllic spot in the middle of a redwood forest. In fact there are three tall trees next to the front door, and dozens surrounding the huge deck (balcony) at the back of the house. The deck is equipped with a large gas Weber Barbecue and a fire pit. The kitchen is excellently equipped with dishwasher, full size fridge, microwave, stove, George Foreman grill. There are several corkscrews and barbecue tongs. The mattress is comfortable, and there are comfortable chairs both inside and on both balconies. It is a lovely place to relax and chill out. There is a gas fire in the fireplace in the lounge. There are three large TVs. Within a few minutes drive, you can find Korbel Winery, Armstrong Woods, a laundromat and a Safeway supermarket. It is only a 15 minute drive to the seaside, and a similar distance to a selection of fine restaurants. Vacasa, the management company were very helpful with all our queries.
Negative: No washing machine. No hanging space, closet or drawer space to unpack clothes. No scissors in the kitchen. If you need lots of sunlight, you should not book accommodation in a forest.

Positive: This is a great house! Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Walking distance to the Auto Camp where we were attending a wedding.
Negative: The jack and Jill type bathroom situation might propose a problem for some. We made it work:)

Positive: Was my first time renting a house. It was amazing. Alot of room. Brought my sister and nieces so we had plenty of space. Close to grocery store and minutes away from the water. Very relaxing. Definitely will do it again
Negative: That it wasn't on the river. But this was my first time. I didn't like having to pack up every time going down to the water.
