Summary: My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fern Woods! Our favorite part was the spacious and clean hot tub and deck surrounded by redwood trees, which was so relaxing and an unique experience. The house itself was also very clean.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Or stay at FernWoods was everything we wanted. Very quiet and nestled in the trees. The backyard is very nice with plenty of seating to relax and enjoy the outside. It was raining during our stay but that didn't stop us from using a hot tub. Which was fantastic. I would recommend this place to anybody that was looking for a quiet place to get away. Kitchen's a little small, but you can find everything you need. The beds are really comfortable. Nice warm blankets and plenty of them if you should want more. The House was really clean. The road to it is very narrow and the driveway is really steep, but luckily there's two extra parking spots just to the right.

Summary: We stayed in this charming cottage for 4 days and 3 nights. Overall the property was very clean and well kept. The main bedroom upstairs was spacious and the ceiling fan helped vent the summer heat. The deck on the back side of the house was amazing and spacious making it a perfect place to relax outdoors or transit to and from the hot tub. The only mark against this rental is the location. It's quite a ways off the main road and the access road isn't the easiest to drive being extremely narrow and steep in spots. Not quite walkable to the main part of Guerneville, or river access unfortunately. Otherwise we loved our stay.

Summary: Loved everything about this property. Wished we had stayed longer, but we will definitely be back! The home is situated under beautiful trees. The hot tub was amazing. The house has everything you need and more. Needed a reset and this place was perfect!
