Cozy house in residential neighborhood. Fully remodeled.
*** SUMMER Rentals are 7 nights FRIDAY to Friday. Enjoy a full weekend on Nantucket, and find better ferry/flight availability! If you are bringing a CAR, you will want to check ferry availability right away.
The main level is an open floor plan with living room, dining room, and remodeled kitchen. The dining room seats 6, and the kitchen counter seats 4 people. There is a half-bath.
The master bedroom is on the main level with queen bed and private bathroom with shower and tub.
There are 2 bedrooms upstairs that share a bathroom with shower. One bedroom has 2 twin beds, and one has a king-size bed that can convert to 2 twins .
The back deck has a BBQ, outdoor dining, and a brand new outdoor shower. There is large, manicured yard with hammock.
The house is located adjacent to the Miacomet Golf Course (about 1/2 mile to club house), and 1 mile to the Miacomet Beach. It is about 2 miles from town. Bartlett Farm, Cisco Brewery, and Cisco Beach are also very close by.
There is no central air conditioning, but there is a window unit in each bedroom and in the living room.

Summary: There were 6 of us in Nantucket for a wedding. The space was perfect.. enough room in the living room for all 6 of us to sit and relax. We knew we needed to Uber to get downtown, so nothing unexpected. Would stay there again in a minute.

Summary: We loved our stay at this house! My family and I have been going to Nantucket for years and always appreciate finding a great home to vacation in! It was clean, well stocked for all our needs and 2 minutes from the beach! The location is great being in the middle of the island, 5 minutes to town and a quick drive to Bartlett’s and Cisco. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!
