Positive: Well appointed, recently renovated, clean and dog friendly. The house was a nice size and very comfortable to stay at. Nice yard and neighborhood. Both bathrooms were in nice shape and the showers were enjoyable.
Negative: The downstairs queen and upstairs king beds were not extremely comfortable, but were OK. Blinds on windows need to be repaired, smoke detector was hanging by wires on second floor hall. Downstairs bathroom needs a new exhaust fan, extremely loud.
Summary: We enjoyed staying here, and being centrally located on the island made it easy to go anywhere.

Negative: We kept getting emails from Booking.com saying that we hadn’t paid but we had paid Vacasa. This meant that we did not get our access code sent to us. No reply from owners but we eventually got in.

Positive: The downstairs of the house is newly renovated with a brand new kitchen, bathroom with very small stall shower and new laundry area. There is a lovely patio out back but needs an umbrella by the table since it gets sun all day long.
Negative: The house was locked upon arrival. I texted Vacasa and got no response. I called Vacasa three times and was told the house was open and I had to keep insisting it wasn't and it was pouring raining and I needed access eventually a cleaning person came to give us a key. It took 2 hours in the pouring rain to be let into the house. This is inexcusable. While the downstairs of house is newly renovated and really beautiful, the upstairs bathroom is old and needs a complete gut renovation.
Summary: The house was lovely and comfortable. Communication with Vacasa is awful.
