Summary: Clean, easy, quiet, spacious. The place was exactly as pictured on the listing and the hostess was so easy to work with! You do have to realize it's a basement apt so there is no outdoor seating, etc... (there is a grill though) but we were at the beach and eating out most nights so it was perfect for us! Would highly recommend!

Summary: Best VRBO we have ever stayed in! And we only stay in vacation rentals! David, Heather and Boys are so welcoming in so many ways! The property is gorgeous and a great location for the wave and biking to our two favorite beaches Cisco and Surfside...and also close to town and the SeaGrille restaurant....will definitely be back💕

Summary: David and Heather have a beautiful property right in the middle on Nantucket. Made for great access to downtown, south shore beaches and west of the island towards Madaket. The property was very clean and cozy, which was wonderful to come back to everyday after long days of either bike riding or going to the beach. They gave great recommendations for food spots and offered anything we would need for the week. 10/10, and definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for private stay on the island.

Summary: Stayed here with friends and had a wonderful time - the unit is newly renovated, perfectly clean, and has everything we needed. Great location and the hosts couldn't have been easier to work with or nicer. We will be back!

Summary: This was our first time on Nantucket. We are a fan of Elin Hilderbrands books so we wanted to come check out Nantucket for ourselves. If we ever are lucky enough to come back we for sure will be staying here again. Amazing hosts, the basement/apartment is clean and super cute. 2 bedroom w plenty of beds and the beds are really comfortable. Definitely comes highly recommended from us.
