Summary: The apartment was very clean & comfortable. The bathroom is stocked with every toiletry you could think of in case you forgot something. The welcome bottle of wine was a nice surprise too. The location was great, allowing us to bike all over the island. I got to see parts of the island I’ve never seen before. We had very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend “Mid-Island Gem.” The apartment was so comfortable I didn’t want to leave. I can’t wait to come back to the island and stay here again.

Summary: Absolutely adored this stay. Located in such a wonderful location, it really is a hidden gem! Everything was so clean and easy to check in. Hosts were very responsive, friendly, and had great recommendations. My group of 3 friends were very comfortable here. Cannot recommend this more! Thank you Dorothy and Phil!

Summary: This Nantucket property was about as classy and clean as any VRBO rental could be! This two-bedroom private entry rental showcased the care and attention the owners put into this "apartment" as they built it. Great location in Nantucket with easy access to the local bus line. Beautifully landscaped surroundings really add to the overall charm. A must visit!

Summary: What a beautiful and conveniently located spot on Nantucket! So incredibly clean with beautiful craftsmanship. Dorothy and her husband were more than accommodating and their space is full of amenities and everything you need for your stay. I can’t recommend this place enough, true hospitality!!!

Summary: Pictures do not do this place justice. So clean, convenient to the different parts of the island. Great welcome gift of wine and cute cooler bag. About 20-30 walk downtown which is just right.

Summary: The property is newly constructed and beautifully furnished. The hosts are very friendly and thoughtful. They have even provided a nice bottle of wine! If you have forgotten your razor or toothbrush, they have thought of it! Our stay was delightful and we would love to stay here again.

Summary: My husband and I LOVED staying at Dorothy and Phil's for our time on Nantucket. The apartment is perfect for a couple, small family, or few friends. It was immaculate inside, exactly as it was pictured online. The location was a great jump off point for all the island has to offer. It was a quick 10 minute bike ride into town, or you can easily hop on the bus which stops right out in front. We're already looking forward to our next trip to Nantucket, and are planning on staying here again - hopefully for even longer so we can make good use of the awesome kitchen and outdoor space.

Summary: We loved everything about it -- location, decorations, amenities. even nicer than the pictures show. Kitchen was well-stocked nd we loved the outdoor space. Supplied us with beach chairs and beach towels which was so helpful!
