Enjoy morning coffee on 1 of 3 porches with gorgeous Sunrises on the back porch & breathtaking sunsets on the front porch. Security System & gated access. About 10 minutes to Downtown Bryan, 15 minutes to both the Rellis Campus, A&M Campus & George Bush Library. Cleaning Fee is $$125.00. Extended stay cleaning fee is $75/weekly. Summary: This was the coolest little house we’ve yet to rent. The property is several acres with two rentals and the main home, which is occupied by the owners. The house was very clean and well-appointed, cute as anything and because it’s out in the country, it was quiet!!! In fact, when we stepped out of the car and felt the breeze and heard no ambient city noises, we breathed a sigh of relief. Wonderful place. Highly recommend!

Summary: This was a perfect base for graduation weekend! The house is less than 20 minutes from College Station and we were able to avoid any heavy traffic. It was peaceful and well appointed and had all we needed. It wasn’t the kind of weekend we could make the most of them, but there were several chairs on the wrap around porch we would have made more of if we could! Beds were comfy and the whole house was clean. Recommend!

Summary: Cute cottage with everything you’ll need. My adult daughter and I stayed here for a weekend retreat and it was perfect. Nice and quiet and very relaxing. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and beds were comfortable to sleep in. Would definitely recommend this place!
