Summary: I paid $1099.99 days before my arrival, when I got there they claimed not to have a king smoking that I had booked, still gave me a king and handed me a cup for an ashtray. the sink stopped up 2 days after I was there and remained that way after I had reported it, I had to use the vanity sink , did not have a comforter on the bed and the toilet seat was off track. all that money for 1 week and I haven't received any points for use towards a future stay.

Summary: There was a live roach in the room. The toilet was loose and rocked back when you sat on it. The bathroom door was too tight and hard to open and close. The floors felt sticky. No coffee maker in the room for that “first” cup of coffee in the morning. Very disappointed!

Summary: The ceiling leaked water, there were creepy crawly bugs coming out of the closet, duvet cover had stains on it when checked in, Could not use the pool( weather was in the 90s) because the water was cloudy and trash was in the pool and on the cement around the pool. There was no one there to clean the pool and add chemicals. I had paid for the room for 4 nights for friends who were visiting. The manager offered a 10% credit which I accepted but I feel it should be much more due to the deplorable condition of the place.

Summary: It was ok. The bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The floor was dirty, I had socks on and they were filthy when I took them off. Pool was clean. It says no smoking but smelled of smoke or something when I check in.

Summary: The room was good for the price. There was a small amount of dirt on the floor but nothing too bad. Was very close to several stores making it easy to get thing when I needed to.

Summary: Last minute stay and still couldn't have ask for better. Staff was accommodating and even gave recommendations, room was clean and had all the smalls things you'd need and not think of, continental breakfast was perfect and good way to start the day. Would stay again and will recommend.
