Come stay in the place Deacon Claybourne (Charles “Chip” Esten) called home in the hit TV Series, "Nashville'! Located in historic Edgefield, an East Nashville neighborhood, just 0.9 mi from Titans' Stadium and 1.8 mi from the action on Broadway. Bike or walk to Downtown--Nashville B-Cycle has a rental kiosk just a few blocks away, and Eastside Cycles is available nearby for rentals, sales, routes, and repairs on your bikes.
There are many boutiques and dining options within a short walk: The Shoppes on Fatherland, Bar East, and Boom Bozz are some of our go-tos. East Nashville is also home to loads of local favorites and awarded restaurants: Five Points, Lockeland Table, The Treehouse, Butcher & Bee, Folk, and Mas Tacos, to name a few.

A few steps are required from the street to the front porch and may not be suitable for persons with difficulties. Please review the photos.
Guests have access to the entire main floor, except for a locked owner's closet and a locked supply closet. A completely separate upstairs owner's apartment, accessible only via the external stairs at the rear of the house (as shown in the photos), is reserved for owner use and storage and is not available to guests. This space remains locked at all times and is monitored by security cameras, both inside and around the external stair access. The owner's apartment is entirely separate and is not occupied during guest stays. In the extremely rare event that the owner needs to use the private apartment during a guest’s stay, advance notice will be provided.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay very much. It was very comfortable and clean. We used both Uber and Lyft to get around. It was nice to stay in a house where we all had room to stretch out and not all be in the same room at the same time. Would recommend "Deacons House" 10 out of 10

Summary: We came to Nashville to see a Vikings/Titans game. The house and location were great. The house was well stocked and very comfortable. The neighborhood was also great. We walked downtown and to the game on Sunday. We would definitely stay there again.

Summary: We had a great experience! I was first drawn to the house because it was featured as Deacon’s house on the tv series, Nashville. But it not only “famous” but very nice and cozy! The location was great; far enough from downtown that you weren’t bothered by the noise but close enough that you could get anywhere quickly! And that SHOWER!!! Oh my, I could’ve just lived in there during the vacation! Thank you for a great experience and location for this first time Nash visitor!!
