Summary: My stay at the Russell has been very enjoyable. A beautiful renovated church with stained glass in the lobby makes for a gorgeous backdrop! The staff, although not on site, is very accommodating and truly want you to enjoy your stay to the full! Next time I’m in Nashville, I will definitely stay here again!!

Summary: Everything worked--the key code, the dumbwaiter (for the luggage). Room was as advertised with all needed service & equipment. East Nashville neighborhood is much less frenzied than Broadway, which is only a $10 Uber ride.

Summary: This hotel is located in a quaint neighborhood that is close to shops & restaurants. It still has the beautiful church stain glass windows with modern decor. We also, enjoyed the snacks & water provided.

Summary: Great place! Everything was just as described. The staff we delt with were very helpful and responsive to our messages. The area seemed safe. There were a lot of things to do within walking distance. Will definitely try to stay here again!!!

Summary: Had to book and emergency stay for extra night due to concert change. The Russell was great. It was very charming and the process very easy. No human interaction was necessary.

Summary: Second day. Loved it once again. Some of the rooms have no windows so make sure you inquire about that. Booking online is very convenient and each of the rooms available are listed with photos that are very accurate. The space is beautiful beyond words. The customer service is top-notch. Although you check yourself in with codes, the customer service is available 24 seven by text. Which is very convenient. They will honor late checkouts an early check-in if it’s available. They are dog friendly for service pets. If you are looking for a very simple, clean and convenient place to stay with clean and quiet accommodations, this is 100% worth looking into. They provide coffee and tea and water and even have microwave ovens, etc. vending machine quiet spaces books…
