3 Bedroom House in Historic Edgefield, Nashville

Please come stay at our modern 3 Bedroom home in hip East Nashville, very close to Downtown, the Titans Stadium and the Five Points district. The home is very appointed and has a wonderful fenced-in, private backyard. The kitchen is well equipped and has all of the amenities you need. We take a ton of pride in ensuring our home is clean, stocked and ready to be your home away from home with attention to detail for every arrival. GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have private access to the entire home and fenced-in back yard.
The front door is a Keyless Entry with auto-lock for increased security. We will provide the code during the booking process and of course reset the code between each booking.
PETS:
Potty trained pets are welcome! Please pay the pet fee which goes to our cleaners.

Summary: The house was renovated, clean and quiet neighborhood. Con- Off street parking. Garage is not available. Must walk up several steps to front door. The first set of steps near the street - has no hand rail.

Summary: We loved our stay in this house! The location is great - close to downtown, but away from the noise. We had 3 couples meet for a reunion and the house was perfect for us! We missed the towels in the bathroom (behind the door) and got a response very quickly to where all the towels were kept. Nice view of downtown, especially from the master bedroom. We didn’t cook much on this trip, but the kitchen seemed to be stocked well enough at least for the basics. The only thing that wasn’t as described is this house was filtered with a hot tub as a feature - I didn’t see one in any of the pics but once we got there we realized wit why - there is a jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom. Wasn’t a big deal for this trip, but thought it was worth mentioning. We’d definitely recommend to others and stay there again!

Summary: Loved the location! View of the city was incredible. We walked our dog every morning at Shelby Park. House was tidy but could use a little more TLC. Overall I would recommend for a weekend.

Summary: We had family coming together from 3 different locations and we weren’t too sure about where to stay. This home is a great location for those looking to stay close to the downtown area but not be in the middle of the chaos. Plenty of great restaurants close by. The house was exactly as shown with plenty of amenities. I reached out to the owner twice about some questions we had and Jim was very quick to respond. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay when we come through again.
