4 Bedroom House in Historic Edgefield, Nashville

For select weekends I have lowered the normal rates and am super flexible with check in and check out. I also have a custom made guide to Nashville things to do for your stay. My home is a perfect place for large groups looking to have fun in Music City. I also added a large new deck in the backyard. The house has a television, a spacious backyard with a fire pit and the new deck with city sunset views & a grill. There is also a large front porch with a porch swing that overlooks the city skyline. A $6 Uber or Lyft will get you downtown or it is only a 15 minute walk to Broadway and a 5 minute walk to Nissan Stadium. One bedroom has a full and a twin trundle with an air mattress available. Another has a queen and a leather futon. The third has a queen and a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and a twin up top. The 4th has a full and a full air mattress. In the living area there is a sofa bed with a queen mattress as well.
Perfect place to stay whether you're in town for the CMA Awards, a concert, a Predators game at Bridgestone Arena, a bachelor or bachelorette party or any regular fun weekend in this amazing city. This space and location has the flexibility to fit your needs.
Guest access
There is a keypad to enter and you will have full access to the house (except for the master bedroom closet and basement) and you will have full access to the kitchen and bathrooms and lounge sitting areas in the home. Air mattresses available upon request for extra guests. You also have access to the spacious backyard, a newly installed deck with a grill and a fire pit below along with access to the front porch for sunset views over Nashville.

Summary: We had a great stay. The house is a couple of minutes to downtown. There is a nice deck in the back with a view of the city. The host is very accommodating and generous, very responsive.

Summary: This house screams fun. Two video standing games. Several record albums to play on record players. Many board games available along with a big screen t.v. if you choose. A big porch with a swing, large deck with furniture along with outdoor games and a fire pit. Many places to sleep and plenty of room to just hang out.

Summary: decor has fun written all over it, has all the amenities you need, great back yard, great location 5 minute drive into 5-points restaurants, 12 minutes to Printers Alley, ez highway access. Cannot say enough about host Joshua, super-responsive answering questions, etc. One of our group left some clothing items behind and he mailed them to us! Everything is exactly like the pictures & descriptions, highly recommend and we would stay there again no question.
