Summary: Breakfast was excellent. Staff friendly. Air conditioning ok but loud. Building dated but close to sea walk, you can walk everywhere. Would recommend for a couple of nights.

Summary: Hotel rooms were bit dated, the air con was very old and loud. The main lifts were not working. Think hotels needs a make over.

Summary: Breakfast was great but the big disappointment was the water coming into the room through the window when it was raining. We had to use bathroom towels to stop the water dripping on the heater below the window. Reported it to reception but they did not seem to bothered about it. Overall the condition of the building is old and in need of some repairs. I rate it as a two star hotel based on the condition of my room.

Summary: The room and amenities was lovely great location to where we wanted to go and the staff was very attentive . Only down fall, we was unable to open the window even if it was just a jar so there was no fresh air in the room and In It was very stuffy.
