Summary: Hotel is covered in scaffolding Foyer and staff lovely Our family room was in need of a revamp, we have stayed in the Cardiff Marriott and it is much better than this one. The room was spotless

Summary: I recently enjoyed a very pleasant stay at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Swansea. From the moment I arrived, the check-in experience was smooth and efficient, with friendly staff making me feel welcome. My room was very comfortable providing a relaxing place after running the Swansea half marathon. The hotel's central location proved to be excellent for exploring Swansea.

Summary: A very standard hotel that is very clean and comfortable. The location is very good. It is adjacant to the beautiful beach and not too far from the city centre. However the room may need some renovation as the style and furiture shows it days. The hotel staff provided good service during our stay.

Summary: This hotel is currently wrapped in scaffolding which spoils the nice sea view. Overall tired and dated. Windows won't open. Bed hard and creaky. Breakfast ok. Best thing was very helpful staff but doesn't make up for a disappointing hotel that really doesn't make the best of its location.

Summary: No soap for hand washing in bathroom, only soap in containers for bathing area. Fan in bathroom on all night, didnt switch off. Room very nice , clean, bright, tea, coffee, and a fridge etc.

Summary: Only there for one night. On arrival parking was free. Buildingwas surrounded by scaffold. The room was spacious and had plenty of storage space. Bed was comfortable. Toiletries were available in bathroom.

Summary: Superb customer service by all staff and the Location is amazing! My only disappointment was the ongoing buildings work which I understand cannot be helped and the very old school type air conditioning which was really poor and noisy turning itself on and off etc
