Positive: The interior looked good and spacious. Location by the marina was great, and the neighbourhood was surprisingly quiet...and felt safe Very good and comfortable for a short stay, and for a family of 4, this felt like good value overall
Negative: Building exterior looked dated. Wrong address appears to have been included in the house manual Lockbox was not that easy to find

Positive: Location close to marina, coastal path, with great places to eat & drink within walking distance. Very comfortable apartment with good WiFi & TV apps.
Negative: Unfortunately, the view of the coast was blocked by a building site directly infront of the apartment. Could do with a few upgrades e.g. new mattress (could feel the springs), repairs needed to shower head in bathroom and window lever was stuck shut. Extractor fan in ensuite blocked with dust. Would have liked kitchen to have a bread board, teapot and cafetiere.

Positive: The location was great very convenient for both the town and beach. The ground floor location with close parking was excellent. Very light and spacious apartment
Negative: The apartment felt cold with the boiler switched off, as we arrived from our long trip down. Also we had requested twin beds for my sister and I but the bed was made up as a double.
Summary: We had an enjoyable stay . Swansea is a beautiful place to visit.

Positive: Very quiet location, very close to the beach. The apartment overlooks a parking lot, which can't be helped but would be a much nicer view a story or two higher and a lot more private also. Once the timer was powered up and reset, the heating and hot water helped make the place a lot more cosy. Extra duvets were on hand and were needed, even if they couldn't stop the onset of the pneumonia I caught while trying to locate the lock box. in the rain upon arrival.
Negative: The lock box is not situated anywhere near the entrance. While there are a vast number of places to secure a lock box, this property asks customers to take quite a detour all the way around the back of the complex to collect the key and then walk all the way back to the front door for entry. Fine in sunny weather, but on this occasion it was raining hard, and I was soaked to the skin before I worked out (while on the telephone with the agent) where the lock box was located. The £250 deposit required up to a week before and returned (if they so choose) a week or so later is very disappointing. More and more places are asking for such sums, but it is a trend that asks customers to become creditors to the agent while they hold this money. To their credit, the agency did return my deposit in full faster than the T&C's.

Positive: Loved the location near the marina and beach. I became a regular at the Coast cafe 3 minutes walk away.
Negative: Directions to or position of the key safe on arrival. It was away from the main entrance and hard to find.
