Fisherman’s Way is in one of Swansea’s premier locations, right on the sea front next to the beach and the main promenade leading to Mumbles. This property boasts sea views and is just a short walk into the main town centre. The property is located in the marina, Swansea’s newest hotspot for up-and-coming bars and restaurants. Everything is close by from the local Tesco supermarket to the beach which is just over a small grass verge behind the property. You are also not far from Swansea’s newest multipurpose entertainment and events space, Swansea Arena. This brand new facility will be hosting a range of events from book signings to shows and performances.
This property is perfect for couples, families or anyone looking for a location close to the beach and the town centre. It is located on the ground floor, so no steps to climb, allowing easy, safe access to the property. It comes with a dedicated parking space, which is a hot commodity in this location.
Apart from being in a prime location, right on the beach front, this property has a spacious open plan lounge and kitchen with a dining table & four chairs. There is a nice comfy sofa as well a large flat screen smart TV for you to relax in the evenings and even a small balcony area which you can sit out on by the promenade.
There are two double bedrooms, both with double beds in them, the master bedroom has its own en-suite toilet, shower, and wash basin as well as a large mirror fronted wardrobe. There are bed side tables each side of the bed as well as lamps and sockets to charge up your phone.

There is a separate bathroom which has a bath with a shower over it, a toilet, and a hand basin. The property has no gas, just electricity, so it has a mixture of storage heaters and regular electrical heaters mounted on the walls.
The kitchen has a standalone fridge freezer, as well as an electrical stove top cooker, an oven and grill, microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine.

Summary: Property in a great location for town, beach and restaurants.The property felt a little tired - eg the double doors to the balcony could not both be opened; the kitchen tap was wobbly; the metal frame of the dining table did not seem very clean; needed to bring own cable to be able to watch tv. Would be much better if there was a dishwasher, even a small size one.Having said all that, the beds were comfy and it was great having the two bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils - would be good to having serving dishes. It was a restful space for the weekend. We would definitely book to stay again.

Summary: Property itself was good but felt like we were on a student campus or a holiday park. Sea view minute from apartment and lack of shops close by to get basic items a pain needing the car to get to them. We only stayed three nights and wouldn’t recommend the place

Summary: Well equipped and comfortable apartment in a great location. Town centre in walking distance. It met all our needs and expectations. The agency handling the property were very professional and quickly responsed to any questions we had. The only issue we had concerned visitor parking. A relative came for a visit and parked in the designated vistor parking slot. When she returned to her car she found a parking ticket stating a visitor parking permit was not displayed. We were unaware of the requirement and there was no reference to the need in the apartment's information folder. I contacted the agent and he was also not aware of the need or how to obtain such a permit. He had been managing the property for 18 months and had not had a problem. I am given to understand only the owner of the property can apply for a visitor permit. This could be an expensive surprise for us and will need to be clarified before other guests have the same problem.
