This condo has been booked with many happy guests throughout the past years, and now the new sole owner is upgrading and making it even better. Our 60+ Five STAR REVIEWS didn't pass on, but rest assure it's even better now. We are directly on Grace Bay Beach in a premium location. We've added a few reviews in our photo section from our guest book, so take a look - all stellar!
The Grandview on Grace Bay is an all Beach Front resort located directly on Grace Bay Beach, and known as one of the most beautifully placed properties on the island. With only 18 fully air conditioned private resident suites (perfectly suitable for couples or families), you have an intimate feel, aren't overwhelmed by the crowds; all while being located near many conveniences. We are in high demand for our location and for our service.
You have a view of Grace Bay from this luxury condo and are literally within a few steps to the pool and Grace Bay Beach. Additionally, this wonderfully decorated corner suite boasts westward windows to catch the magnificent sunsets over Grace Bay. Plenty of light throughout the day, and if you choose to open the windows, wonderful cross breezes. Of course we are air conditioned, so have no fear.
This 2 bedroom condo has approximately 1900 square feet, so you have more than ample room to expand. The master suite includes a king bed and a master bath with separate shower and jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom includes a queen and two twins for those extra needs. We even added a Queen Murphy Bed just in case. The gourmet kitchen is perfection - with granite counter tops, built in wine chiller, and includes everything to meets your needs. We also have our own grill just outside the door. Eat in a night or two and relax, enjoy the beach and take in the sunset.
The property includes the designer pool and hot tub, dedicated WiFi inside and out (we all need this in today's age), bath house, small on-site gym, hammock, and hot tub Jacuzzi. We are convenient to the golf course and casino - and within walking distance to gourmet restaurants, super market and boutique shopping. Beach chairs are located both at the pool and beach for your convenience, and placed out for you each day! No need to rush out in the morning.
Our island coordinator will assist with you needs, and we provide the necessities for a wonderful stay. We want you to be happy, and if we are not a good fit, we'll recommend something more suitable - although, we are a very good fit!
We also include a secure online payment system for your protection. This final item is important, and we hope you feel the same. You have too many other things to worry about - and this just makes life easier.

Summary: Our family has long been coming to Grace Bay for a winter break. Our children are now young adults so we need more space, and they are a little more picky than they were when we used to put them on a fold out couch! This unit was spacious, clean, well equipped, and most importantly on what we believe is the best stretch of beach on the entire island. In fact, our youngest protested anytime we suggested to pack up a rental car and visit our usual haunts because she never wanted to leave. We even took Charles’s suggestion of freezing meat and checking a bag and made good use from the barbeque during our stay. Regina the property manager was excellent. Thank you very much!

Summary: This property was well maintained with beautiful grounds on a perfect stretch of beach. The condo included everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The building was quiet with plenty of beach and pool loungers and it was close to some bigger hotels with restaurants. We didn’t rent a car this time and were able to walk to the grocery store and shopping. We did 2 excursions and both tour operators picked us up at the property. The location is perfect. Regina, the island coordinator, met us at the condo on arrival and was extremely helpful with information and everything we needed. It was a beautiful stay and we will definitely return

Summary: Our stay at the Grandview was spectacular. The unit was perfect for our family which included small children. It is a groundfloor unit with wonderful views of the grounds and the beach as well as easy access. The unit was very clean and well appointed. Everything we needed to prepare meals was there, but it also was close to many restaurants and shops when we went out. The complex also is well kept and well appointed for spending time outdoors. We felt very secure. Regina was very helpful and answered all our questions. There is also a folder in the unit which also gave great information. I would highly recommend staying here and my grandkids are already asking to return next year.

Summary: This was our second year staying at Grandview. The location is amazing. Everything was great. Great recs from Charles especially on bringing some food in a checked bag. Really helped us cut down on grocery/eating out costs. The only hiccup we had were the TV and Wi-Fi were not working well initially and we wanted to watch college basketball playoffs. Regina helped us over the phone and we were able to remedy that without any further problems. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Our family stayed here over spring break and loved every minute. The condo was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The location is fantastic, with an easy walk to the beach. Great communication with the property manager. Our kids had a blast and cannot wait to come back to TCI.

Summary: Charles was a most excellent host and his property was extremely clean and comfortable. I would recommend this property for future visits as it is within walking distance to many good restaurants and the private beach is literally a minute walk out the lanai!!

Summary: Our family had an amazing stay at this rental property. Regina was able to help us check in quickly and give us a quick tour to welcome us. She was very prompt with answering any questions or concerns throughout our stay. The location of the property allows you to be close to everything you could need, while still being quiet and secure. Since the unit is on the first floor and so close to both the pool and beach it was easy to take both of our young children back and forth multiple times a day. We also loved having the screened in porch to be able to dry off/change towels etc. before walking inside. We used the grill several times, which was very convenient. We hope to return and stay there again!
