This Punta Vista II unit is a 3 bedroom luxury beachfront condominium on perfect Playa Punta de Mita with a 20 meter pool and hot tub shared by only 11 other units.
The terrace that overlooks blue water and the white sand tempts you to walk the unspoiled beach to the south or stroll up to the rustic seafood restaurants in the quaint fishing village to the north. The condo has 3 ½ marble baths, all Viking appliances, and a media room with satellite TV. It is hard to decide whether to eat in because of the beautiful, unobstructed views and awesome kitchen or to go out and have an authentic, fresh Mexican seafood dinner.
Bose speakers in the main living area and iPod players in every room make it easy to set the mood with your own music. Daily housekeeping and 24 hour security are also included. It is VERY safe.
The beach that Punta Vista II sits on is the best swimming beach on the Bay. Multi million dollar homes share the same beach and rent for 4-5 times as much!

Summary: Our first impression upon entering the unit was breathtaking - from the amazing view off the patio to the impeccable furnishings and decor. The housekeeping and building staff were all friendly and helpful. The kitchen was the most well stocked unit I have ever encountered! We had a wonderful time and hope to return.

Summary: Everything about the villa and property was lovely and well appointed. It was right on the beach, with a beautiful pool and lots of space for relaxing, and close enough for walking to get to restaurants and shopping. Summary: Our family had an amazing time in Punta Mita and in this property. The location is amazing, right on the beach and within 5 minutes walking of anything you need. It's extremely safe and very friendly locals. We will be back!

Summary: I have learned over the years to never expect the actual rental property to live up to the listing photos ... well this one proved me wrong as the photos don't do it justice. This property is stunning! Far exceeded our expectations. We spent a week during Christmas and it was perfect in every way. Location, cleanliness, well stocked, comfy beds, spacious, courteous staff on premise, terrific communication. The list goes on and on. A must mention is watching both the sunrise and the sunset from the huge beautiful deck overlooking the pool and the beach. We will return.

Summary: The most WOW feature of this property is the accordion glass doors that open the full length of the living room, right onto the beach. I chose a Master to the left and kept the floor to ceiling windows open all night, no bugs, just the sound of the waves below. GoodFood at restaurantswas

Summary: We loved our stay! The apartment is beautiful - the pictures don’t do it justice. We had the pool practically to ourselves. Kids surfed and boogie boarded on the beautiful beach. I would definitely recommend this property!
