Summary: Overall, great place to stay. The resort is a bit old, but our loft was confortable and clean. When travalling with two kids, having 2 washrooms and and a little kitchen is very helpfull. Staff was very helpfull to.

Summary: Great location next to Roam bus stop with beautiful views. Kitchenette was nice to have. Rooms very darted, but comfortable.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here, and appreciated the ability to cook meals in the kitchen and enjoy the view. That said, the property is pretty worn down, so don’t expect anything fancy. For the price, which was decent, it was a good deal.

Summary: I booked 7 months before coming. Condo looked a little worn with several items needing attention. The bed was comfy, the full kitchen welcome for reheating food. There was a safe for valuables. Many amenities were not available - like the indoor pool, laundry and grocery shop. Bus stop was super convenient and resort gave free bus passes. Finally got a fire to burn as wood seemed hard to catch.

Summary: On arrival the room was hot but the A/C circulating fan couldn’t be run as the bearings were shot and the noise was far too loud. As was said in other reviews the room had been cleaned but was old and the fixtures were in need of replacement. The hotel is about 1 mile from downtown, there is a bus but the service is not that great after 20:00. Returns are every hour. You can drive, but parking is an issue in Banff.

Summary: We had a good stay at this property for 3 nights. Spacious rooms with functional kitchen. Free bus passes were very useful and made it very easy to go to the down town and nearby attractions. Kids enjoyed the playzone. Only thing is, the property needs a little upgrade, but then again they are pricing their rooms lower than the nearby hotels. Overall, we were very satisfied.

Summary: We stayed at this property for 2 nights, check in was quick and easy. Our room was clean, it had a bed and a sofa bed which would need a new matress. The washroom was clean, it would be nice if there was a handheld shower held. The property is older and could use a bit of TLC but we were there just to sleep as we were there to see the sites. We did have fun at the waterpark/hot tubs, this is a great plus this hotel has. The free bus pass is also a great addition and way to make your way to the city centre. Overall our stay was great!

Summary: Very spacious room with kitchen and loft. Great location, free bus tickets were very useful. Outdoor hot tub was really nice.

Summary: Good location within easy reach of town, free bus available or a fairly easy walk. Good access to trails directly from door. A few bits of the furniture are quite worn and in need of replacement but good size apartment. Children's pool water temperature quite cold
