Positive: Really nice spacious house in a lovely location. Clean, tidy and well maintained. One of our group spoke to the owner who was genuinely nice , we were contacted mid stay to ask for permission for some work to be carried out to the aga in the house which we had no problem with at all and when we returned at the end of the day there was a bottle of wine on the kitchen table along with some crisps, Welsh cakes and creme eggs! What a lovely kind gesture from the owners.

Positive: The position was beautiful and very peaceful. The house was very comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Central heating good and lots of hot water. It was nice to have both a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Superb wood burner and lots of logs and kindling. Very comfortable beds. Enclosed garden with amazing views. Lovely friendly owners who made us feel very welcome. I would stay again.
Negative: The bathroom was needed a little TLC and was rather small but fine for a couple. The three piece suite in the sitting-room had seen better days and in my opinion needed throws as it is a dog friendly cottage.
Summary: The house was ideally situated for wonderful days out. Dolgellau was conveniently close and had decent supermarkets. Goo
