Positive: Rhian and Huw are amazing hosts , the whole family is friendly and helpful. The property is a haven of tranquillity, a bubbling brook,cheery birdsong, bleating sheep, and the occasional roar of a Typhoon, F15 or Hawk as it is situated under the Mach loop, what more could you ask for only anadulterated, beautiful vistas which this cottage has from every window, also a comfy bed 🛌 to sleep in and boy they are extremely comfortable beds. This wonderful cottage is so hard to leave and we can't wait to visit again.

Positive: Rhian and Huw are exceptional hosts, provided a warm welcome, and help wherever possible and privacy to enjoy your holiday in your own way. The cottage is delightful, very clean, and very well equipped, making it a home from home. The surroundings are ideal for anybody wanting to see low flying jets, etc. or just soak in the tranquillity, also only a short drive to Towyn, Machynlleth, or Barmouth . Truly a little piece of heaven 💖
Negative: The only thing that could have made this any better would have been to have booked a longer stay .....my bad!

Positive: Superb location for our needs, right under the Mach Loop, Cad East is walkable at around 1 mile. A little cosy for 4 adults but it is a very well equipped little cottage!
Negative: If I had to criticise, a more private outdoor space to sit and relax after a day on the hills would be nice, but it is on a working farm so this was not unexpected.
