Positive: Pros: Very comfy beds, stocked kitchen, strong Wi-Fi and Amazon Firesticks in every room, privacy fence around hot tub, plenty of parking, and close proximity to Shady Maple Market and Buffet. There are multiple security cameras around the property... which could be positive or negative depending on your views.
Negative: Cons: Busy road with loud truck traffic that starts at 5am, every morning of our stay. A farm across the street with loud barking dogs and tractors that start at sunrise... and that fresh farm fertilizer smell! Hot tub has not been cleaned or balanced recently, which left a couple guests with irritated skin. Rental management company does not relay information to property owner. As I mentioned, there are multiple outdoor security cameras. And the property owner does monitor them. We were traveling with a couple small service dogs, and we made sure to advise Evolve (management company) of their presence prior to arrival. The property owner texted me that they had no awareness of the service dogs, which they saw on the security cameras and assumed were pets, and that we would be charged for cleaning fees and damages. I called the owner and we cleared up the situation, but it was still awkward.
Summary: It works if you don't mind traffic and farm life.
