Negative: I felt like the lobby was warm and welcoming but that didnt match the rooms. The room felt cold and dark . There was food/beverage on all the walls that wasn’t cleaned . I feel like the furniture (table chairs, side tables) could’ve matched the lobby better.

Positive: The location of this hotel is great. Breakfast was good.
Negative: The parking situation is ridiculous during busy times. Guests are expected to park a few blocks away when the parking is full (which is is during busy times. The room was extremely warm when we arrived and it didn't cool down even after turning the thermostat down. There was a hair on the sheets when I took the blankets off which is kind of off putting. I wouldn't bother staying here again due to the parking situation.
Summary: Had high hopes for a good stay but was disappointed.

Positive: Doors were very heavy and very noisy when people leaving early and letting doors slam (worked out this is why there were earplugs by the side of the bed). TV had been installed in a stupid place and sticking out so walked into it on more than one occasion. There were better locations in the room for its installation.
