This home has two living areas that include large TV's, a dining room to seat 10 guest, two gas fire places, front porch perfect for your morning coffee, and a side patio to enjoy a fire under the East Texas sky. This home sits in the middle of many destinations including the casinos in Shreveport/Bossier, the fabulous shopping of Jefferson, water recreation on Lake of the Pines, best fishing on Caddo Lake, more shopping in Longview, and Marshall is 15 minutes away with everything you would need for your stay. This home sits on 2 acres, leaving plenty of space for kids to run free, and also offers enough space for boat parking along with multiple cars.
We also have an additional rental space on the property. You can contact us to book both homes. The Shipping Container sleeps an additional 4 guests. It will be available, starting January 26th.

Summary: Everything as described. Our full schedule didn’t allow us to enjoy it as much as we would’ve liked, but we slept well and it has all you need! We will definitely stay again when we return to the area. Prompt and friendly communication with the host.

Summary: Beautiful property. Loved the front porch. Had everything we needed. Would have loved to have used the firepit, but it rained the whole stay. Would stay there again!

Summary: It was an amazing weekend. We took a mini vacation to visit my daughter who is stationed at Barksdale AFB. We had home cooked meals, watched movies, played games and had a chance to complete a 400 piece puzzle. All courtesy of our hosts. Even the dogs were happy. It was great. Stress free.

Summary: This property was beautiful! It had such cute decorative touches and all the amenities that we needed! We loved the styling and room decor and took photos for our forever home! Stephanie was very communicative and we enjoyed using the pit to cook Hot Dogs and s’mores with the lights at night. The Next day it rained and we enjoyed watching shows, playing games and having coffee on the front porch! Beautiful home, we are so glad we stayed here!

Summary: My husband and I really enjoyed staying in the "Old Lady" for an extended weekend. Very quaint and quiet location with all the amenities you need to rest, relax, and recoup. We were able to cook a few simple meals in the fully equipped kitchen and relax in one or the other livingroom areas. I especially loved waking up to the shiplap ceiling in the main bedroom with its sunny morning glow. The ONLY complaint we had is that the stand up shower is super-duper small, but there is a huge claw-foot tub for those who like baths. Would gladly stay here again!

Summary: Everything is just as pictured. Lovely and comfortable home. Huge, fenced backyard for a dog. Neighborhood is rural with neighbors. We felt totally safe. The king bed is very comfy. I like soft and my husband likes firm - we both slept well. We hope to stay here again someday!

Summary: Loved the mixture of quality metal, wood, cloth, and stone textures. It felt like the interior designer(s) took inspiration from travels around America. It's an antique farm house with various additions that has been remodeled and brought into modern age with care to keep many of the timeless details. I personally could do without the giant TV's but there are many great areas to sit, talk, drink and relax both inside and outside. Thank you for opening up your lovely space to us.
