SEASCAPE VILLA is a spacious, gated, all concrete home. It’s my 3rd St Thomas property, located in Peterborg on the beautiful, cooler, north shore. It joins Seaview Villa and Seaside Villa as the largest and new rental
SEASCAPE has a commanding view north to the ocean, Hans Lollick island, the British Virgin Islands and St John, as well as to the east and west.
Drive in and park under the car pergola. Walk WITHOUT ANY STAIRS to the house and proceed through the foyer to the magnificent 800sf open rafter living room. The living room has corner sliders which offer views of the pool, deck and ocean. The 8’ kitchen window faces the ocean as well. The dining table seats 10 and has 12 feet of window looking onto the landscaping. Off the living room is a convenient 1/2 bath with custom vanity.
Travel down the hall to two large bedrooms, each with its own large bathroom. The bedrooms each have 10’ of glass to give you the most magnificent view of the ocean and islands, and beautiful tiled en-suite bathroom with double vanity. Go down the staircase with exotic Cumaru wood treads to two additional bedrooms, each with large en-suite bathrooms and the same fabulous views. In the west bedroom King bed can be split to make two twins. All bedrooms have a TV, and Wi-Fi. The mahogany doors in all rooms are gorgeous.
Need to fax or copy? Just use the office. ( yes, it faces the ocean too).
Uh oh, it’s raining. Well no worries. At the end of the lower floor hall is a 500sf playroom with exercise bicycles, weights, card table/chairs, and ping ping table.There are also games for the kids . The north wall has 30’ of window out to the same incredible ocean and island view.
The kitchen has stainless appliances, a chef’s 36” stove, granite counters and a view to die for. There are brand new wood cabinets and a 5' X 7' dining island topped with beautiful granite that beckons you to sit, snack and socialize.
Like light without glare? The living room will satisfy you. Doors and windows, including clerestory windows, on three sides create a bright space throughout the day.
All new furnishings, including large leather sofas, comfy accent chairs and a 65” TV make for an enjoyable evening at home.
Outside, the main deck has a large seating arrangement and a dining table for 10.
Want a peaceful time being mesmerized by the ocean view? Walk out any of the 4 bedrooms and sit on your balcony. But, don’t forget to take a dip in the heated pool with the ocean as your backdrop!!

Summary: This is our second visit to this rental ! If there is a complaint it would be getting to the house, but we obviously overlook this as it is sooo worth it when you arrive. The house is clean, the most important thing for us! All bedrooms afford great privacy with lovely bathrooms on each. I have never had a rental as well appointed as this one , Joel has thought of everything literally.Naturally the views are spectacular ! You won’t be disappointed . Truly excellent rental !

Summary: We have stayed in the Magens Bay Area several times. This was the BEST house yet! Spacious, views are spectacular and the pool was very clean with “pinch me” backgrounds. The house overall was very clean. Also a plus, every pot and utensil was there for our use.

Summary: We had a great time, view was spectacular. Very close to Megan's Bay which was great for snorkeling, and just relaxing. Views from house were amazing and pool was clean and again view was spectacular. House is everything we expected and pictures are current so expect what you see. Restaurants around house were close and very good. Just an all around great trip. Highly recommend!

Summary: This house is amazing! The space is perfect for large groups/multiple families. The bedrooms are almost identical on each floor. Every bedroom/bathroom has a nice view of the ocean. There are 2 laundry rooms! We didn’t use the game room/workout room but they have incredible views. The only issue we encountered was the office sofa bed had been broken prior to our arrival so it wasn’t able to be used. It all worked out b/c of the 2 twin beds located downstairs. We weren’t able to use the balcony sitting areas as much as we would have liked due to the powerful wind that was present our entire vacation but there was plenty of sitting.The pool was our favorite place to spend our time! We had plenty of sitting and the house and pool wall blocked the wind so we were able to enjoy our pool days overlooking Hans Lollik and many other islands. The house was well stocked and had plenty of “extras” including beach towels and chairs.Curlson gave us a great tour with lots of info! We had zero issues during our stay so we did not have to reach out to the owner.We rented jeeps and were so glad we did! There was plenty of room for parking. We would 100% stay at Seascape again!

Summary: The house and outdoor living areas were fantastic. They looked just like the pictures and did not disappoint. The 4 master suites with attached bathrooms are set up perfectly for a couples vacation. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook and the beach towels, chairs and coolers were appreciated. Joel was responsive to a a couple of minor issues and they were solved quickly. We would definitely return

Summary: The Seaview Villa is a beautiful home on a bluff above the ocean. The outdoor amminaties are wonderful with many seating areas and a nice pool. The kitchen was first class with many additional appliances. The living room was very nice.The four bedrooms are beautifully appointed with king sized beds and full bathroom in each.The information provided on the home on VRBO states that it sleeps 10. We were a party of 9, the four bedrooms were wonderful, but the hid-a-bed provided in the office left a lot to be desired for one adult. It did not come close to the standards set in the other rooms.We enjoyed our stay in the villa.

Summary: 4 couples rented this beautiful home for our week in the USVIs. The view from the balconies and pool were breathtaking, the house was beautiful and spacious. All bedrooms had a balcony and bathroom giving couples their own space. Communication with the Host was easy with a quick response to any inquiries. The Host uses a local service to get you to and from anywhere you want to go and he was very accommodating to our requests and desires. We will definitely be booking again in the future.
