Summary: The food was good, did NOT like that I was hounded by membership inquiries and unable to use the adults only pool unless you accepted a meeting (like a timeshare) could not sit outside for brunch unless you had the "upgraded package" when we purchased the all inclusive, we thought this hotel would be all inclusive. You get what you get for your money. Overall beautiful and good food. If we go back, it would be with the kids. Very family friendly. Not so much for a romantic trip.

Summary: Amazing time at Fiesta Americana! Rooms were great, the food was delicious, and the service was exactly what you would hope for when booking an all-inclusive. My girlfriend and I were very very happy with everything. Special shout out to Kelli! She went out of her way to give us more octopus ceviche because we loved it so much and really made us feel special.

Summary: Our overall experience was great. The food quality and options were good. The service staff were amazing ! The only thing we didnt appreciate was the sales staff that would bother us daily to take part in their time share / reward points scam.

Summary: The staff was great and were very attending always checking to see if we needed anything. The Italian restaurant had fantastic food. One thing that I did not like was the bathroom layout it was difficult to reach for the toilet paper. I would recommend they do something different with the layout.
