Positive: This is a beautiful place! Our balcony overlooked the ocean and river, where a few American crocodiles live! Everything was spotless, the pools were wonderful and service terrific all around.

Positive: This unit has amazing views, gym, pools, location near great shopping and absolutely safe, private and quiet. The kitchen and bath are well stocked. The linens are pretty and new. The condo was immaculate!
Negative: The only thing I didn't like was leaving. I had a lovely stay.
Summary: By far the nicest trip I have had in years and I am a travel nurse so I have been around!

Positive: the location is good. the facilities are good. The rooms are big.
Negative: when I made the booking, it says the optional dinner is $1. I wanted that option since we don't have to go out to look for food or cook after one day activity. After I booked it, we found out there was no such choice. The host just simply said there was no dinner. Also the description says there is a futon bed but there was not. After asking the property manager, we were told there was no futon but a inflatable mattress. No one wants to use that. So my son slept on a two person sofa for whole 7 nights. We didn't know how to get the drinkable water. We have to ask property manager and waited for the answer. The first day was not bad, once the property manager ordered the water for us, we got it. The last three days, we asked the property manager to order it for us, we also went to the security at the front gate several times to order it, no water was delivered to us. We had to walk to the grocery store to buy the small ones and carry them back.

Positive: The location of this property is incredible. It is spacious, well appointed and clean. The view is next level. We loved it here.
Negative: There is not enough detail in the information booklet about the condo itself and so we had to figure out quite a bit like trash, recycling, how to use the oven, where the facilities are etc. Some bottled water in the apartment would have been helpful.
