Summary: Had a buddies fishing weekend and decided to go up earlier than usual. The house was a great location right on the river and with easy access to the quality waters up stream. Kristine was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed.

Summary: This house was amazing in every way! Easy access, close to the river, had every amenity you could want or need! Definitely a 5 star experience! We will be renting this house for our annual fishing trip to Navajo Damn every year if available! Awesome House & host!!

Summary: Was one of the best places ive stayed at while fishing the san juan. River is right in back yard with tons of fishing spots, you dont even need to go anywhere else on the river. The house as plenty of space for a large family. Its also air conditioned, which is nice from a hot day of fishing. Would recommed to anyone looking for great place to stay while fishing

Summary: We live in Colorado, however my husband works in this area. We had relatives from Alaska visiting. We were able to travel to visit my husband so he didn't miss out on the family fun. The house was wonderful. I will return in the future with my adult children and grandchildren to visit my husband on his long stints at work.
