Summary: A truly beautifully restored property, with mod cons. Excellent location , close to taxi ( airport Faro) + rail station for exploring Algarve beyond Olhao. But a mere 5 minute stroll to the Ria, famous markets, ferry to Islands, and multiple restaurants. This great location has one downside.. inevitable traffic noise at peak times. As only 2 of us had only access to part of this very large apartment. So limits my advice to others. Well equipped. 4 season heating possibilities. Do not think the right choice for folk with *any* mobility issue. Would not consider suitable for younger children requiring independent easy toilet access! In every other respect would highly recommend this *grand* apartment. If you want to be up close to original Venetian plaster art .. enjoy!

Summary: Great property with adequate amenities. Shame there wasn’t any air conditioning. We were supplied with fans which would not have been sufficient if the weather was hotter. However, the house was very comfortable and the terrace was great. Location is ideal with the taxi rank just out front and the train station is also very close by. Shops and restaurants are also within walking distance and easily located.

Summary: We had a great stay in Simone’s apartment. It’s been renovated recently with great care. We loved the roof terrace and the design of the whole place. Large rooms, high ceilings, great location near the church. We’re already planning a return visit!
