Positive: Awesome hot tub caves open until 11pm! Has a Chilis right on side and a parking garage.
Negative: It’s like 15 min walk to the city center if you don’t mind walking. Inside of the rooms could be upgraded as it is nothing fancy for that expensive price tag.
Summary: Cave hot top is the best feature!

Positive: Housekeeping did an excellent job with the kitchenette and bathroom during my stay. Room entrance feeds onto street for ease of moving bags when parked on the street. Chili's restaurant for breakfast. Lighting in room. Good closet space. Blinds on windows and door. Front desk staff. Transit pass included with stay. Grotto-style hot pool provided a unique experience.
Negative: Air conditioner did not work. Mirror in the bathroom was a little too low for my height (5'11"). I did not get a spot in the hotel's parkade despite parking being included with my booking. The underground parkade does not have enough spots for their paying guests. However, front desk staff provided instruction for alternative parking on the street which was extremely helpful.

Positive: The hotel itself is gorgeous! Lovely rooms and a very pleasing outdoor style room-access layout. The grotto area is awesome, and the hotel is good walking distance from anything you need, without being in the thick of the busy tourist area. Staff are wonderful and very accommodating.
Negative: Alas, we had a few issues while at the property in spite of our wonderful stay. When we arrived, there was a huge wet spot on the carpet near the bedroom, and it was right in the middle of the main walkway to the bathroom so it was unavoidable. Our shower wasn’t draining and it had a horrible smell because of the backup. Maintenance was able to fix it after a couple of days. Our keycards deactivated almost every single time we left the rooms, and we lost count around the 6th time when the whole floor’s key cards stopped working. The cable went out for an entire day and they had to bring in someone from Airdrie to fix it. It was also be nice if they had an “adults only” time slot for the grotto. Too many parents were letting their children scream, run around, splash constantly and jump off of the waterfalls. Overall, it felt like a newer hotel kind of “finding its groove” but they are well on the way to being truly fabulous.

Positive: The location is terrific and the facility is quite good. I appreciated the underground parking, weight room, and restaurant.
Negative: We stayed for 4 nights and our room was never cleaned or serviced. On the last night a group of young people were partying loudly in the courtyard until 4:00am and the hotel staff did not shut it down.
Summary: We will look for another hotel to stay in next year.

Positive: The beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet. We did not hear any noise from other rooms. We especially enjoyed the Rocky Mountain Soap products in the bathroom and shower. We choose to stay here because of the Chilli's restaurant on site as well as the grotto pool. The hotel is also within walking distance to downtown and coffee shops and restaurants.
Negative: We found the hotel and rooms to be a bit more rundown from previous stays. A refresh is needed. The room had dust in some places such as on the edge of cupboard doors and in the corner of the bathroom floor. We enjoyed the balcony in our loft room, but "mountain views" was a bit misleading as you could only see the mountains by stepping out and looking to the side. The main view was of the building next door. The pool area was very busy, even later in the evening, but that is hard to predict. Our service at the restaurant was slow, and we were one of 3 or 4 customers at the time and were only ordering drinks from the bar.
Summary: In general, our 1 night stay was good, and we will most likely stay again in the future.
