Positive: Spacious kitchen / dining room and a great garden.

Negative: The house is filthy! Had a very basic quick clean between guests at best. Drawers were full of crumbs, fridge and oven dirty. Dishwasher filter full of grease and gunk, cobwebs and thick dust in all the corners, crumbs on and around the table on arrival, dish drainer caked in dried on food and limescale, items from previous guests left behind including opened, half empty drinks bottles. Untidy and cluttered cupboards... I could go on and on. Plus loose cupboard doors, missing door on integrated dishwasher so door doesn't stay open. Could be a delightful place to stay but the property is shabby and neglected.

Positive: The garden was amazing for the children. Kitchen was the communal space for adults. It had every item you could think of home from home. Even though out the way, taxi services were fantastic. Getting us to and from Newport. The property managment was extremely helpful and about to go above and beyond when we had a water cutout. Thankfully not needed as resolved quickly and in time for the family wedding.

Negative: There was a water cut out in our location, of no fault of the property. But caused problems with some of the facilities.

Positive: The house was just lovely, full of character - lovely decor, furnishings Enormous kitchen well equipped As for the garden - we spent so Much time there - fabulous ! Location in the countryside great and easily accessible to rest of island as well as beautiful —we all loved staying there !

Negative: Nothing to dislike but just some feedback A microwave would be useful -as well oven gloves as we used oven a lot and using tea towels not safe

Summary: A beautiful property in a wonderful setting with great outdoor space - would stay again ! space !
