We have 3 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 full, and 2 twins) with space for two more on a foldout sofa in the large finished basement, plus 2.5 baths. Prepare tailgate food or meals in our fully equipped modern kitchen, then enjoy them on our large sunroom overlooking Lake Hartwell. Summary: My group had a wonderful stay at Chris and Suzannah's spacious home in downtown Clemson. From the moment we walked in, the house was extremely clean and inviting. The layout of the house allowed for plenty of space for a group of 8. Plenty of sitting space, sleeping areas, and privacy-our group never felt like it was a tight fit for all of us. We also loved having the sun room to look out to the water and also being able to walk down to the dock. The hosts are so wonderful - left us with more than enough detailed information about the house, and they also were kind enough to check in with us during our stay. Lastly, the location is unbeatable. Very close to College Avenue and very close to campus/Death Valley/tailgating. It was the perfect spot. I will definitely be back again next year to stay! You won't regret choosing this beautiful home for your next trip to Clemson!

Summary: The home is located in a very central part of Clemson. Walking to either the campus or downtown is easy. The home itself is well kept, up-to-date, and spacious. We really enjoyed the sunroom! The house was very nice and it is also important to note that the owners went out of their way to make us feel at home which is a big plus. I recommend this experience for anyone that is looking to visit Clemson.
