Summary: This place was no more than 15 minutes from everywhere we went during our trip to NOLA. The property was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Bryant was always available through text and was extremely communicative, which we appreciated.

Summary: Everything was nice in the home. Very clean and bedrooms were spacious. This home is close to a lot off attractions. The neighborhood is very quiet and I would definitely visit again.

Summary: Pictures helped "sell" me on this property. Sadly, the pictures oversold reality. Owner admitted it is a work in progress for which is is behind his planned schedule. Had some cleanliness issues upon checking in. Owner was apologetic and gracious in his demeanor. We cleaned and focused on our reason for being there. Two substantive issues I hope the owner will resolve sooner than later. First, the patio in the pictures was inaccessible from the inside of the residence. The outside access was unsafe for small children and adults with mobility issues, such as my wife. Second, the driveway presented some challenges due to its state of disrepair. We bottomed out our SUV on one occasion because the ruts were so deep (or the center of the single car drive was so elevated). Kitchen: coffee maker did not work, which was brought to owner's attention in person. No toaster for eight occupants. Hope there is a working coffee maker and a toaster for the next renters. Residence is in a quiet, older residential section. The location was very advantageous for our purpose. Shopping and restaurants easily accessible. Owner's responsiveness and attitude were deeply appreciated. If he achieves his stated goals for this property, it should match what the pictures I saw purported to offer. Would I rent from this owner again? Depends. I had not rented through VRBO in a couple of years. I failed to do my due diligence as fully as I could have. Would I rent this property again? Unlikely.

Summary: Bryant was an excellent host. He was very communicative and willing to go above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The house was the perfect size for the six ladies on our trip. The house was fully stocked with everything and had plenty of towels and blankets for everyone. Thank you for an awesome stay!

Summary: The property is exactly like the pictures. We enjoyed our stay; we had a family group of 8 and had more than enough room. The rooms are spacious. Bryant was kind enough to let us put our things in the house prior to check in for us to have lunch. He was also very friendly and responsive. It was a very quiet and safe neighborhood with tranquility at night. The location is about 10-15 minutes from everything.
