Summary: We just stayed the night to attend a concert. The location is very convenient to walk anywhere in Germantown. The rental was extremely clean and communication with the owner to coordinate parking and key codes couldn't have been easier. Highly recommend!

Summary: The property is so close to downtown Nashville. It was spotless clean, and had all the amenities we needed. It was quiet, peaceful, and safe. The property owner was wonderful and answered all our questions. We would highly recommend this property to any couple looking for a Nashville get-away. We can't wait to stay again.

Summary: It was an awesome property for a Nashville visit. The hosts were wonderful and responsive from the beginning through the end. Great spot to go for a weekend or more when you visit.
