Negative: Safety bars on shower downstairs Overhead shower nozzle was weak but water pressure was good clean and comfortable Stairs are very steep sheets and towels good Could have used an extra 60 min for checkout Noon instead of 11.

Positive: The house and location to the city were fantastic, the house was huge and suited our group of 6 perfectly. Ubers to the city are $6-11 or 25mins walking, right beside a supermarket too and German town. Right beside the state museum too which was nice. House was better than we could have expected and the price was very fair. Hidden gems in the sitting room too
Negative: This didn’t effect us but our Uber driver from the airport said we’re on the edge of a sketchy part of town, and to head towards the city or German town, don’t go anywhere else. Before our stay we had a problem with booking details, we got it fixed but the responses from the avantstay team were extremely slow, it took over a day to switch some details around which could have taken 20 minutes if we were sent the correct link in the first place. The whole time there we were on edge that the check in code for the door wouldn’t work and we’d be stranded in a city we didn’t know. Communication is very poor and slow if there are last minute problems. Although if I was to come back to Nashville I’d definitely consider staying here again especially with a group +5 people
