2 Bedroom House in Buena Vista, Nashville

My gorgeous house with everything you need to enjoy a few days in Nashville! But the best part - Only mins to downtown! Only about an $8 taxi ride to the entertainment district!
This is a 2 bedroom/ 2.5 bath house
Each bedroom has its own bath!
To get downtown, you have many choices:
- Walk 15 mins to the Music City Circuit stop at the Bicentennial park (free downtown bus service from 6AM - 6PM except Sundays)
- Take a 30 minute walk (My favorite! Along the way browse Farmers Market, then checkout Bicentennial park, then take the capital steps up to the State capital building(check out the view!), then on to War Memorial Plaza and your downtown! Just a short walk down Church St to the entertainment district, and you have to walk out on the pedestrian bridge over the Cumberland River just for the view of Nashville!!
- Take a $6 Lift or Uber ride (Second best choice!!)
- Less than 2 mile drive ( but parking will cost you, especially on the busy weekends!)

Summary: We, party of two couples, thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was beautifully appointed and exactly as described.The outside space was lovely and we appreciated the hot tub after a busy day sightseeing. Highly recommend the walking route to Broadway that Rick suggests as there are so many sights to appreciate along the way. It takes your mind off the distance and before you know it, you've arrived at your destination! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home, Rick.

Summary: The place was exactly as described. Beds were comfy, linens were high quality, space was perfect for a party do 3. Fortunately for us, we didn’t. Red to sue the kitchen for anything but reheats but it appeared adequately stocked for any cooking we would want to do. The patio was adorable but it was stormy or freezing each day so all we used was the hot tub.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay in Nashville. The house was perfect! It was close enough to Broadway so we could walk. The backyard was so cute and private and the hot tub very much appreciated. Our beds were so comfy. The bathrooms well stocked. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for cooking, I was especially happy to find good knives! The owner very easy to communicate with. Will definitely be back Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Summary: This is the third time we have stayed at one of Richards properties and as usual, it did not disappoint. Came for a concert at the Ryman, which was awesome, and the home was such a comfortable place to come back to on a chilly, rainy night. Always well appointed with everything you need. Clean, stylish and comfortable. Both homes are so well located anything is a inexpensive cab or Uber ride to downtown. Will definitely book again.

Summary: This sweet house was perfectly set up for together and alone time during our mom/son Christmas trip. It was also nice to be close to everything, yet out of the chaos of the busy city. It was clean and well-maintained. I would definitely stay again!
