Positive: Nice cosy apartment with the essentials. Short taxi ride from downtown Nashville.
Negative: Check in was a bit complicated, downloading their own app and filling out various forms felt a bit excessive. We also had to call up to confirm our code for check in as it wasn't working but we were a little early. Apartment is a bit on the small side and not the best location.

Positive: Property was clean , nice and had everything we needed. It’s locations was a short cheap uber away from everything and about 30 min walk. It felt safe as well!
Negative: It felt comfy and nicely decorated. I didn’t like the stairs but that’s my own issue lol. Beds were comfy as well!
Summary: Would definitely book again for price and locations and comfort!

Positive: Amazing room, very clean and modern and pretty stylish. Perfect for a few nights to check out Nashville! Proximity to Broadway is great, cheap Uber ride and even walkable! Response time with queries was very fast!
Negative: Location around the property didn’t feel overly safe at times, especially at night. Once you get a few streets away it feels completely fine though! Pretty much no staff presence at all but it is apartment style so makes sense and was expected.
Summary: Overall great stay, apartment itself was very nice!

Positive: Location and off street parking. We could walk to Broadway through the park behind the farmers market in about 15 minutes. Felt quite safe although we didn’t walk out late at night. Comfortable beds. Laundry facilities. Lounge and kitchen were nice although we didn’t use any of the kitchen facilities as we ate out.
Negative: Small bedrooms and lack of wardrobe facilities. Bathrooms were shabby and toilets kept blocking. Very noisy air conditioning unit.
