Welcome to our beautiful pool home, which is perfect for two families. Our house is designer-decorated with upgraded tiled bathrooms and wood floors. There are two California king master bedrooms with en-suites. The remaining rooms include a queen bed and a children's room with full-over-full bunk beds, which share a hallway bathroom. All the rooms are equipped with 46+ inch TVs. The spacious living room has a queen pull-out sofa. The open-concept kitchen and dining room has plenty of seating for everyone.
We provide a pack-n-play, a single stroller, a double stroller, a highchair, and a booster seat for your infants and toddlers. The game room features a STIGA ping pong table and cubbies with toys and games. The family room has a 60-inch TV and a DVD player. High-speed wireless internet is also included. Outside, you can relax in our new sparkling pool and in-ground jacuzzi. Additionally, there's a natural gas BBQ, patio dining set, and extra chairs for your enjoyment.
All the bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.
This house SLEEPS 10 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).
Maximum Vehicles 2 in our driveway ONLY - NO Street Parking. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.
Minimum Stay 3 Nights
No Outside Music of Any Kind
No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply.
Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee. The pool is heated to 82, and Jacuzzi to 102

A refundable $300 security deposit is due at the time of booking.
A signed contract, guest list, and ID are required at booking.
Extra screening and proof of payment are required for bookings made within 2 weeks of arrival. The cardholder's name and address must match the booking's details. To complete the process, please ensure the following: - Successful completion of ID screening through GuestRanger, A screenshot showing our charge as "pending" in your online account (you may redact all other details), and a copy of the credit card used for payment, with all card numbers concealed except for the last four digits.

Summary: Great house for Disney vacation. 15-20 minute Uber ride to DIsney. Cheaper and easier than parking at Disney. House was extremely clean, plenty of towels and kitchen items. Pool was fantastic, granddaughters (12 and 10) were in the pool all days we weren't at Disney. Close to highway but we could hardly hear traffic at all. Host contact was very helpful and responded very quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: First of all you have a beautiful home!! The neighborhood was very quiet!! It fit our family perfectly!! We loved the pool & hot tub that is where we spent most of our time when we weren’t gone to Disneyland!! It could have had a rack to put our dishes on to dry! Also a keurig coffee maker is faster & easier than a drip coffee maker! There was a slight ant problem in the back yard but when we called Jeff he right away made plans to correct it!! Beds were firmer than what we are used to! Having the 2 master bedrooms with their own bathrooms was wonderful! A great time was had by all!! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home!!

Summary: We have family in Tustin but always like to try and do some Disney activities. The location was perfect! Nice neighborhood with necessities close by. House was perfect to relax in and spread out. We will definitely be staying here again!

Summary: The house was just as pictured, the host sent super detailed information about the house with an online digital guide which was super nice. The house was right off the expressway, we couldn’t see or hear the expressway which was nice, but the on and off ramp were right at the entrance of the street. Super super convenient location and quiet, nice neighborhood. I stayed there with my husband, 2 kids- 5 and 3, mom and mother in law and we had plenty of room, it was perfect. The house is 15 minutes from Disney and 15 minutes from the SNA airport, nice pool and nice hot tub. Really couldn’t have asked for a better house, I highly recommend this house!!
