Negative: I didn't like how the Internet wasn't working properly. It kept going in and out and complicated to get on. Either Hilton or room# and last nameI also didn't like the fact we had to carry cards but couldn't be close to ones credit or debit cards bc it could deactivate but needed to get in and out of things instead of it just being a wristband so it's very easy to lose. I didn't like the fact my family and myself couldn't use our firestick. My kids love going to the beach for the pool and I love going for the room. So I couldn't relax and wiggle my toes together watching my favorite shows or movies. It was just the regular tv channel which suffice but who watches cable nowadays? Also the parking was horrible!!! Having to walk that far to one's vehicle if you choose not to do valet is trash. I just feel that price for valet should either be included in the package or just give everyone a parking permit and park how one pleases in the parking lot. Although, the place was cool in other areas of the apartment, the vent wasn't blowing out properly in the master bedroom so it was really warm there. . So my overall experience was a 5/10.
