Positive: Great location, friendly attentive staff, amazing spa on site.

Negative: Terrible WiFi. WiFi did not work so we had to use our cellphone data. Thin walls could hear neighbors and smell smoke from neighbors which seeped through the vents.

Negative: The bathroom had mold that the staff was unable to remove. The view looks directly at the airport and you can hear traffic noise of the major thoroughfare going to the airport.

Positive: The location ear the airport was idea and the mature landscaping was lovely

Negative: The service felt disinterested with exception of the bellmen who were friendly. The property was not well maintained regarding maintenance and cleanliness. One bedside lamp was missing a lamp shade, there was hair in the shower and a layer of dust on the hairdryer. Also there was rust in multiple public spaces. It felt maintained like a roadside motel at luxury beach resort prices.

Positive: he location was Perfect. The pool was nice and warm.

Negative: Bartender could only do his job of making drinks. He could not assistant with getting towels. Not his job. This time of season you have to wear more them one hat. The all inclusive plan was over priced unless you’re going to drink. Then the staff acted like they Didn’t have to earn the gratitude.When buying the all inclusive they knew we would be out all day and didn’t even offer water automatically.
