Positive: Close to the highway. Rooms were a good size. The front desk attendant was helpful.
Negative: We had the change rooms twice. The first time, the deadbolt on the door didn’t work. I tried to call the front desk but no one answered so I went back downstairs. She quickly gave me another room. Once I got into that room, I noticed the room felt damp, so I tried to turn on the AC only to realize it didn’t work. Again, I used the phone in the room to try to call the front desk but no one answered so then I used my cell phone to call the number on the room phone and the clerk picked up the phone and told me she would be right up. She said the AC was definitely not working and gave me a third room. Unfortunately, the AC was very loud and actually wouldn’t shut off, but at least it was on. The pillows are the type that immediately deflate once your head hits them so sleeping was pretty uncomfortable.
