This beautiful family home is newly renovated and has a brand new custom kitchen with professional appliances. Beautiful Jonathan Adler furniture in the living and dining rooms. Family room with huge flat screen TV. Huge, fully furnished terraces with outdoor dining & beach views. The master bedroom has a king bed and private bath. The guest room has a queen bed, flat screen TV & private bath. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and shares a bath with the 4th bedroom, which has a twin bed. The house sleeps 7. Internet and cable. Outdoor shower. No smoking inside or outside on the property. No pets. Not wheelchair accessible. Please treat this as if it were your own home.

Summary: So spacious with great natural light. Kitchen was beautifully laid-out and well-equipped. (Just bring your own church key as the one on hand is stripped!) Comfortable mattresses, Sonos speakers. With the 2 back decks plus front porch and balcony, you can follow the sun all day. Easy-peazy walk to stunning beach with powdery sand.
