Clean, neat and centrally located! The bedroom furniture includes a queen bed in the master, a queen bed in a second bedroom and bunk beds (sleeping capacity 3) in the third bedroom. Please remember to bring sheets and towels. There are three TVs.
The entire property has been updated inside and out.
If you would like access to the owner's private pool, (for an additional fee) this may be available. Please inquire with the owner to see if the pool is available during your stay, what the hours are and what the fee is.
PLEASE NOTE: THE POOL IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDED.
Property offers off street parking, screened in front porch, and three bedrooms. Outside shower, gas grill, full size washer and dryer. Two blocks to The Reeds (for those who need a weekend rental for attending a wedding). Two blocks to Freds and other local downtown shops, theatre and restaurants. Walk 2 blocks to beach. Enjoy the playground and basketball court directly across the street. Very close to WaWa and Springer's Ice Cream.
We are pet friendly... Please inquire with owner. There is an additional fee for a pet.
There are (4) beach passes for your use during your stay.

Summary: We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious the accommodations were. The pictures do not do it justice, the main living area and front porch were lovely, kitchen well equipped, bedrooms comfortable. Would recommend to friends and stay here again.

Summary: Another lovely stay at this house. Located minutes away by foot from downtown Sgone Harbor this lovely property is also walking distance to the beach and a perfect place to stay. The pool is a real perk (for an additional daily fee when you use it). The owner Lori lives in the upper unit and is such a gracious and kind host. We also brought our small dog (love that it’s pet friendly). Great place for all ages (and pets). We will be back!

Summary: This property was nice &clean. Great location right near downtown &the beach. The owner was responsive &friendly. HOWEVER, we werent aware the owner lives upstairs. We thought pool would be more private/accessible, but it's truly the owners pool &their upstairs apartment balcony looks over it, &they're out there a lot so it just felt uncomfortable. When I asked about the pool before booking that part WASNT communicated. They wanted to charge $100 for 5 hours of pool time. We were going to have our 2yr olds bday party out there but it felt awkward to rent the pool. You feel like you're sharing the property, which I wish we would have known when we booked with two babies. While we were there the owners family were there, not sure if its always the case. Where you have to put bikes is on "their" part of the house, so our bikes were moved without asking &we were rudely asked to stop pumping bike tires so they could let their dog out. The grill is also shared- not clear! The owners son wanted to use the grill the same time we did &made comments on our food. So we ended up changing our grilling plans. A grill was a must have for us so we were bummed. If we would have known these things, we would have booked a more private house. The pics are deceiving-NO outdoor space. Theres a front screened porch but its basically indoors and you're across from a basketball court where teens play until 12am. If you aren't spending a lot of time at the house with kids its probably better

Summary: We recently had a family wedding to attend and needed a place to stay for a long weekend that would also allow pets. Lori's home is exactly what we needed. It is comfortable and open concept, allowing for the family to always be together. It is clean and well stocked. Lori was wonderful throughout the booking process and responded quickly to any questions we had. She is very friendly and accommodating. The home is within walking distance of Town, which offered boutique shops, restaurants and anything else you could possible need. We had a wonderful stay, and hope to be back in the summer and fall. Summary: Great property for a group of friends or family...roomy, well decorated, nice touches. 2 short blocks to 96th Street & the Reeds with a WAWA in 50 yards. Read the fine print as you need to bring your own sheets & towels.
